The bonus booklet records regular dental check-ups. For patients with German statutory health insurance, it can become important later when dental restorations are planned and the health insurance fund calculates the fixed subsidy.
If the bonus booklet has been kept complete over several years, the fixed subsidy may increase. Whether the requirements are met is checked by the health insurance fund in the individual case. A complete booklet therefore does not replace individual review.
